The design, development and production of molds in our tool shop has a long tradition. We can confidently say that we are among the leading manufacturers of injection (1K and 2K) and compression molds in Europe.
- We manufacture molds for a wide portfolio of customers from the automotive and electrical industry.
- We use 3D systems Pro/ENGINEER (Wildfire, Creo) and Catia for the development and construction of molds and tools.
- We propose to the customer the optimal shape of the molding and the construction of the mold thanks to analysis based on the CadMould program from SIMCON.
- We also manufacture tools for sheet metal processing – progressive shears, deep drawing machines and others.
- We manufacture molds and tools from a few kilograms to 17 tons with dimensions of 1800 x 1500 x 1500 mm.
