Plating
We not only produce, but also metallize, technically and visually demanding moldings. Plating is carried out on four PylonMet VXL lines. This is the vacuum sputtering of a layer of metal onto three-dimensional plastic parts in an ultra-deep vacuum, where great emphasis is placed on cleanliness.
Plated moldings are for:
- Automotive industry – components for front and rear lights, reflectors, satellite dishes.
- Electrical industry – plastic lighting components, moldings with a reflective layer.
- 4x PylonMet VXL: we apply aluminum, copper, chrome, titanium, stainless steel, etc.
- Connected 12 presses of different tonnages using 8 conveyors.
- The investment exceeds 100 million crowns.
